Fair Weather Brown, 5.63% ABV
A very malty beer with flavors of toffee and caramel. Which is why my wife forced me to brew it. And name it in honor of her running persona and blog (fairweatherunner.blogspot.com).
This beer was the first batch brewed using my trademark 'squeeze the bag' method. Which resulted in much higher brewhouse efficiency and 6.5 gallons of wort instead of five. I also coined a new yoga move called 'squeeze the bag'. Great beer for cooler weather.
My wife won't let me give any of it away since it's her signature beer, I have mostly honored this request so far and will be making this beer yearly.
